About Nicole's Coaching
Nicole is a professional coach in private practice who received her training at the highly regarded Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, California.  Widely known and recognized to be the leading school in coach training, CTI was the first coaching program accredited by the International Coach Federation

Initially, Nicole was drawn to coaching's progressive outlook on the idea of possibility.  “Coaching allows for really expansive thinking.  There is astounding potential within each person to think in unlimited ways.  The creation of new possibilities brings the opportunity for inspired living,” says Nicole.  Revolutionary yet so simple, this one tenet of coaching invigorated a new passion in her to dream of a satisfying and fulfilling life as never imagined, with emphasis on a long term vision.

Nicole believes that coaching is unique; it provides the framework for lasting change in a person, as opposed to seminars and workshops whose effects are often eventually shelved along the binder they came with.

The strength of Nicole’s coaching lies in her insightful ability to help others clarify what they want so they can realize their greater potential.  She motivates them and helps them discover their own momentum so they can move forward with ease and confidence, always helping the client remember their greater vision.  Nicole has a natural talent for deep listening and approaches each client with interest, sensitivity and openness.

Since 2004, Nicole has coached numerous clients in a variety of organizations and places in life: health care professionals, marketing directors, teachers, attorneys, entrepreneurs, mothers, fathers, real estate agents, consultants, students, independent business owners, financial analysts, musicians, and engineers. She has coached a broad range of issues including: difficult manager/employee relations, integrity in the workplace, goal setting, work/life balance, career transition, increasing personal value within an organization, re-entering the workforce, time management, decision making, life transition, chronic health issues, the deepening of core relationships, conscious living, renewing of spiritual connection, and discernment of life's purpose. About Nicole's Background
With a varied background and a tempered past, Nicole relates to many of the difficulties with which her clients are dealing.  Nicole has experienced the demands and pressures so much a part of the 9 – 5 work day and knows what it’s like to feel caught up in the chaos of life, forgetting what is really important..  She has, at times, taken the easy road and learned it is through hard work that the greatest rewards may be found.  Through mistakes, Nicole has had some of her deepest learning and experienced the “fire” necessary for the refining of her character.  She strives for a meaningful, satisfying and balanced life of no regrets.

To Nicole, connections and relationships with people are of utmost importance.

Nicole treasures time spent deepening her bonds with those who matter most:  having intimate conversations, relishing in a wonderful shared experience, and savoring a meal in good company.  Faith has provided a firm foundation for her life, and Nicole considers her relationship with God to be central to her thinking about herself and the world around her.

Nicole’s father worked in the airline industry when she was growing up and so began in her a passion for travel that she thinks will never wane.  A favorite international destination is the charming town of Vernazza on the Italian Riviera -- where the divine cuisine can only attempt to match its captivating views and exquisite beauty.

On the creative side, Nicole enjoys amateur photography, cooking, and creating art -- especially with children.  As a former librarian, she has a great interest in reading and research.  Music has always had a strong influence in Nicole’s life and is a source of much inspiration and enjoyment.  She likes many genres of music, from Bach to jazz to disco to funk, and holds a particular interest in the lyrics and music of U2.

Nicole lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband of twelve years and their two young children.  She loves a relaxed lifestyle and is a true Northern Californian, enjoying the natural beauty of her surroundings and adores a 73 degree day.

Author and poet Annie Dillard has said, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.”  Do your days reflect how you want to live your life?
